Event Policy

This policy applies to all orders related to private or corporate events, including but not limited to weddings, corporate parties, graduations, birthdays, receptions, and other special occasions.

By booking the event services of Goût et Grâce / tasteXgrace, the client accepts the terms and conditions below.

1. Booking and Quotes
All event requests must be made via our online form or by email.

A personalized quote will be provided based on the client's needs (number of guests, menu, service, location, duration).

The event date is considered reserved only after:

written acceptance of the quote,

payment of a non-refundable deposit,

the signing, if applicable, of a service agreement.

2. Deposit and Final Payment
A minimum deposit of 40% is required to confirm the booking.

The final balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date.

Any payment made is non-refundable within the specified timeframes.

3. Contract Modifications
Any modification (menu, guest count, type of service) must be communicated no later than:

7 days before the event for major changes,

72 hours for minor adjustments.
Additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the requested changes.

4. Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the client:

The deposit is non-refundable at all times.

Any cancellation made less than 6 days before the event may result in full billing for the planned services.

Goût et Grâce reserves the right to cancel an event due to exceptional circumstances (force majeure, serious illness, major logistical problem). In such cases, all sums paid will be refunded or a postponement will be offered.

5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

provide an accurate address and adequate access to the venue,

obtain all necessary authorizations from the venue (kitchen access, parking, setup times),

provide a safe and compliant space for the installation of the bar or service.

Any delay caused by inadequate access or incomplete information may affect the service without financial compensation.

6. Delivery, Installation, and Service Time
Arrival time for setup will be determined in the quote.

Any exceeding of the planned service duration may result in additional fees.

Travel fees may apply depending on the distance to the event venue.

7. Equipment and Damages
All equipment belonging to Goût et Grâce (displays, tables, decor, machines, serving dishes) remains our property.

The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft caused during the event and may be billed accordingly.

8. Allergies and Food Safety
The client must inform Goût et Grâce of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

While options may be offered, we cannot guarantee the total absence of traces of allergens.
​

9. Leftover Food
Any food remaining after the end of the service may be:

handed over to the client,

or discarded for sanitary reasons, depending on the type of service.

Goût et Grâce is not responsible for the preservation of products after the end of the event.

10. Photos and Promotional Use
Goût et Grâce reserves the right to take photos and videos during events for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing materials), unless otherwise notified in writing by the client before the event.

11. Weather Conditions (Outdoor Events)
For outdoor events, the client must provide a backup solution in case of rain, excessive heat, or wind.

Goût et Grâce reserves the right to modify the setup or cancel the service if conditions compromise safety.
​

12. Policy Modifications
Goût et Grâce reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect on the date of the booking.
