These terms apply to all users of the site and any interaction with our digital platforms. By using our site or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Goût et Grâce / tasteXgrace. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on our site at the time of the order. To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and be legally capable of entering into a contract.

2. General Information

Goût et Grâce / tasteXgrace ("we," "us," "our") is a company specializing in artisanal desserts, event pastries, and sweet-and-savory gourmet products, including Haitian puff pastry patties. Our products are made to order using carefully selected ingredients.

3. Essential Commercial Terms

By making a purchase:

• You are responsible for carefully reading the product description.

• You are responsible for selecting the correct address.

• Every confirmed order constitutes a binding contract.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• In the event of an obvious error in price or address, Goût et Grâce reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer.

4. Orders

​

Deliveries are made only on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, according to available time slots.

​

To receive your order during the next available slot, it must be placed before 12:00 PM (noon) the day before your desired delivery date, subject to availability.

​

Custom orders (bespoke cakes, dessert tables, events, large quantities) require a minimum lead time of five (5) business days.

Exception – Haitian Puff Pastry Patties: Patties may be ordered up until the day before and delivered the following day, subject to availability and offered time slots. An order is only considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment and subject to availability.

5. Payment

Payment is made directly on our site via credit card, debit card, or PayPal. No order will be processed without validated payment. For certain event or custom orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve the date.

6. Delivery and Pickup

Orders must be collected at the agreed date, time, and location. In the case of delivery, Goût et Grâce cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including traffic, weather, or force majeure.

 

We reserve the right to make adjustments to the delivery date or time if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery address information; Goût et Grâce is not responsible for any delay or error resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.

An adult must be present to receive the delivery. If no one is available, Goût et Grâce reserves the right to leave the order at the door or in a designated safe area by the driver.

7. Product Storage Instructions

Our desserts and pastries are prepared fresh without artificial preservatives. Specific instructions are provided on our site or with the order. Unless otherwise stated:

• Store products in the refrigerator immediately upon receipt.

• Consume within the recommended timeframe.

• Certain products may be frozen. Goût et Grâce declines all responsibility for deterioration linked to non-compliance with storage instructions after delivery.

8. Modifications to Products and Services

Goût et Grâce reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any product or service without notice, including the temporary or permanent availability of certain offers.

9. Product Quality and Claims

Our products are artisanal and prepared fresh. If an item is delivered incorrectly or damaged, the customer must contact us within twenty-four (24) hours with photo proof. No refunds will be granted for improper handling or failure to follow instructions.

10. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

The customer must report any allergy or restriction before ordering. Our kitchens use ingredients that may contain: gluten, eggs, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee the total absence of traces.

11. Cancellations and Refunds

• No refunds for change of mind.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Unclaimed (non-picked up) orders are not refunded.

• Any modification must be requested within a maximum of 24 hours after the order, subject to the conditions specified on the site.

12. Product Appearance

As each creation is artisanal, variations may occur compared to promotional photos.

13. Intellectual Property

All content (photos, text, logos, visuals) belongs to Goût et Grâce / tasteXgrace. Any reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

14. User-Generated Content

By posting reviews, photos, or comments related to our products, you grant Goût et Grâce a free, non-exclusive license for promotional use, unless otherwise notified in writing.
